Goal Setting:
On a piece of paper, write down one goal you have (i.e., “My goal is to…”).
Write down five things you plan on doing to achieve this goal.
Next, write down three personal traits you have that will help you achieve this goal.
Then, have your partner write down five things you can do to achieve this goal or resources you could utilize to achieve this goal.
Written Reflection:
Recall times in the past when you experienced success. Set aside time to write down these successes. What contributed to your success in that event? How were you resourceful? What was different about that time that made it so successful?
Seek out stories of people who have overcome adversity or experienced great success. These stories can serve as powerful inspiration for your own life. How did that person manage to face challenges and realize their goals?
